To improve services, there will be some changes to the registration process for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. The Transportation Department will no longer “roll over” registered bus riders.  ALL students wanting transportation services for 2020-2021 MUST register for busing.

1) REGISTRATION: (all registrations require student numbers these can be obtained via the school – 250-743-5571)

  • Bus Registration – Online Form   Transportation can only accept one registration per child. If a student has more than one home address, all addresses must be listed.
  • Bus Registration – Paper Form   Completed forms with student numbers must be emailed to


Once registered, student’s bus schedules are available through e-link this requires student numbers available through your child/rens school.  Routes are setup during the summer months based on registrations received between May 1-31. Bus seats are limited and only registered riders may use the bus service.


A photo bus pass will be printed for each student once ridership has been approved. Passes will be available at your school office the last week of August.  Mid-September to June, bus passes will be distributed via the bus driver.
